In multi-doctor clinics, doctors may have commissions based on the treatments they perform. Medicasimple provides an easy way to calculate doctor commissions.

IMPORTANT: To generate reports in this area, you need to set the commission rates for doctors by going to their profiles in the user section. Once configured, the commission rate you set will be calculated based on the doctor's revenue. Doctors may also have fixed commission rates for certain treatments, which can be set in the user section as well.

You can access doctor commission reports by clicking on the marked icon in the reports page, as shown in the visual below.

NOTE: If you do not have the necessary permissions, this tab will not be visible to you.

When you click on the Reports section, you can choose to view the doctor's earnings as either cash , treatment or cash and treatment, based on your preference.

Your report will automatically include all doctors for the past month. You can specify the desired date range from the area in the upper right corner where the dates are written. After making your selection, as usual, click the blue "Generate Report" button to create your report.

You can also filter your report by doctor. Click “Filters" on the left side, and a list of all users with doctor status in your clinic will appear. After selecting the filters you want, it shows reports according to filters.
