๐ŸŽ‰ New Feature: Installment Payments

A new feature has been added to create and track installment plans for patient payments.

  • You can access installment plans by clicking on the "Payment Plans" option. From there, you can create a new plan or update an existing one.

  • Click "Add Payment Plan" to set up a new plan.


๐ŸŽ‰ New Feature: Zapier Integration

With Zapier integration, you can now transfer patient records from another app to Medicasimple. You can also check and create new appointments for patients. This integration makes Medicasimple compatible with all your other apps in real time.


๐Ÿ“Š New Report: Completed Treatment Count

A report showing the total number of completed treatments between selected dates, either clinic-wide or by doctor, has been added to the Overview Reports.


๐Ÿ“Š New Report: Revenue/Expense/Profit Report

You can now see the difference between your revenue and expenses as a graph and statistics over selected date ranges.


๐Ÿงฉ Improvement: Activity Stream

When a patient is deleted, a record of this action will now appear in the activity stream.


๐Ÿงฉ Improvement: Mobile - Bulk Price Update

You can now update prices for multiple-treatment plans at once through the mobile app.


๐Ÿงฉ Improvement: End of Day Report

The report interface has been improved, and filters for patient groups and doctors have been added to the End of Day Report.


๐Ÿงฉ Improvement: Bulk SMS Performance

The speed of sending bulk SMS has been increased. You can now send SMS to a selected patient segment in just seconds.


๐Ÿงฉ Improvement: Patient Search Enhancements

Improvements have been made to the patient search engine, especially for patients whose names include special characters like ลž, ร‡, ฤž, รœ, ฤฐ.


๐Ÿ›  Fix: Account Reports

The page numbers and content of Excel exports from the account reports have been corrected.


๐Ÿ›  Fix: Mobile - Tasks

The issue where inactive users were being listed when creating tasks on the mobile app has been resolved.


๐Ÿ›  Fix: Treatment Item Addition

In the new treatment planning screen, clicking too quickly could result in the same treatment being added to the same tooth multiple times. This issue has been fixed.
