By tracking accounts receivable, you can monitor your debts and credits in detail and prepare necessary reports for your clinic based on this information.

At Medicasimple, we provide you with this capability. We have a feature where you can keep track of your income and expenses and access this information from anywhere in real-time. Initially, you will need to create institutions for yourself. These institutions can be the banks you use for POS devices, insurance companies you have agreements with, laboratories, etc.

How do we set up institutions?

Open the Settings - Institutions tab. You will be greeted by a page similar to the one shown below. To add an institution, you need to click the "Create Institution" button.

When you click the button, another window will open where you can add an institution. In this area, you will be asked to fill in some information to create the institution. It is not necessary to fill in all the information; selecting the institution name and institution type will be sufficient to add the institution. Once you enter the information, the "Create" button will become active, and when you click it, the institution will be added.

To add a transaction to the institution you have added, you need to select the account from the accounts receivable section where you want to make the addition. Once selected, you will see a "Take Action" button on your page. Clicking on the "Take Action" button will open a window with fields for transaction type, amount, due date, and description. Select the relevant data and click "Add" to complete the transaction.

On this screen, you can view all your previous transactions. At the bottom of the page, there is also a section where you can see the total debt and total credit, reflecting the sum of your transactions.

If your issue is not resolved, you can contact our team for detailed information using the live chat button.
