With Medicasimple, updating your clinic's general settings is quite easy. From the Clinic Settings tab, you can add and update your clinic's:
Clinic Name
Clinic Email Address
Clinic Address
Tax Number
Logo
Phone Number
To change your clinic's general settings, first, navigate to the "My Clinic" section under the "Clinic Settings" tab in the Settings menu.
The "My Clinic" page consists of three different sections: General Settings, Logo, and Phones.
In the General Settings section, you can save and update your clinic's Clinic Name, Clinic Email Address, Clinic Address, and Tax Number information, and easily make changes when necessary.
To add your clinic's logo to Medicasimple, you can either drag your logo to the area marked with a blue arrow or click on the "View Files" section to upload your logo.
In the Phones section, you can add both mobile and landline phone numbers for your clinic. To add a new phone number, click the "+ Add Phone Number" button at the bottom left and select either mobile or landline from the menu that appears on the right. If you want to delete one of the phone numbers, you can click the trash can icon on the right to remove it.
When you have completed all changes, don't forget to click the "Save" button at the bottom to save your settings.
