In the Settings menu, under the "Clinic Settings" section, you can edit all working hours in the "Working Hours" tab. You can select the days when the doctors are actively providing services in the clinic by clicking on the blanks under the days of the week.
To adjust the working hours for doctors who will not be available all day, you need to click on the doctor’s name. Once clicked, you can see the working hours and the intervals when the doctor is unavailable, as shown in the image below.
To specify the time intervals when the doctor is unavailable, click the "+Add Break" button on the right side of the relevant day to add a new row.
When you enter the start and end times for the added breaks and click the save button, the unavailable hours for the doctor will be set. Multiple breaks can be added for each day. If you exit without saving the added intervals, they will not be recorded in the system.
Tip: For long-term reports and vacation periods, the days and hours when doctors work can be updated from here. However, it should be remembered that the working hours need to be updated after returning to the clinic.
