To change the calendar view, you can select from four different options in the upper right corner of the screen: Day, Week, Month, and Agenda views.
You can use the calendar in the desired view by clicking on Day, Week, Month, and Agenda.
In the day view, the calendar is divided into columns representing doctors, with appointments listed within these columns. The gray areas show the times when doctors are unavailable. To adjust these times, you can refer to the "Doctor Working Hours" article.
If you see two overlapping boxes at the same time slot, it indicates a scheduling conflict. Such conflicts should be reported to doctors, and based on their feedback, communication with patients should be made to resolve these conflicts according to the doctor's preference.
In the weekly view, you can see all appointments in the clinic for specific dates. This view allows you to compare the occupancy rates between two weeks and schedule additional appointments for the upcoming days according to the workflow.
In the Monthly view, you can review days with high occupancy and compare them with other days to assess appointment density.
In the planner view, as the name suggests, appointments are listed chronologically by time and date.
If you encounter issues with views, you can use the chat button in the lower right corner of the screen to contact our team, providing details of your issue for a quicker resolution.
