For your clinic, it's important that your appointments convert into treatments. Do you know how many of your patients do not show up for their appointments? With Medicasimple, you can easily track patients who miss their appointments and reconnect with them via SMS.
To view your lost patients, you first need to open the Reports section. You can access the Reports section from the arrow icon on the left side. If you do not have the necessary permissions, this section will not be visible to users without the appropriate access.
On the Reports page, the system will automatically generate your end-of-day report on the first screen you see. By clicking on the section labeled "Collection Report" at the top, you can view other report options. If you select "Missing Patient Report" from this menu, you can view your weekly report.
On this screen, right below the graph, you will find some numerical data. From this section, you can view the total number of appointments, how many of these were completed successfully, and how many patients missed their appointments or canceled them.
NOTE: To ensure the accuracy of the data in this section, you need to update the status of the most recent appointment for your patients to either "Cancelled" or "Did Not Show" based on the patient's attendance status. If you do not perform this update, you may not see an accurate count of lost patients.
We can also list which patients missed their appointments for you. Click on the three lines next to the "Appointment Statistics" graph. From the dropdown menu, select "Missing Patient List" to easily access information about patients who missed their appointments.
