Errors in payment entries or situations where the patient withdraws during the payment process can sometimes occur. Unfortunately, we currently cannot perform payment deletions.
You can update the amount of the payment you want to remove to "0" in the "Update Payment" section and make it inactive. Alternatively, you can add another payment to ensure correct data entry.
If changes are needed in the payment amount or discount rate without deleting the payment, you can find information on how to do this in our "Payment Update" article.
