Patient deletion is a process used to terminate the record of patients that were mistakenly registered or that you no longer want to list.

First, you need to find the patient you want to delete by using the search function on the Patients page.

After finding your patient, you need to click the three-dot icon in the Actions section of the listed area without accessing their profile.

When you click on it, a small window will open. In the opened window, clicking on the "Delete" option will prompt a confirmation window where you need to confirm that you want to delete the patient. Clicking the "Yes, delete patient!" button will delete the patient.

NOTE: If you do not have permission to delete patients, the delete option will not appear on this screen.
