When patients submit their appointment requests through the link you provided, the number of requests will be reflected as a +1 next to the phone icon, which is located next to the section where you can search for patients by name in the calendar tab. The number will change according to the number of online appointment requests.
When you click on the icon, a window will open on the right side. From this window, you can view the names, surnames, and phone numbers of patients who have created online appointment requests. By clicking on the names, you can also see the specific day, time, and doctor for which the request was made.
Note: For patients who are not registered, there will be a note on their name indicating "New Patient.”
If you click on a patient and, based on the details you view, the requested doctor is available, you can directly save the appointment request to your calendar by pressing the "Save Patient and Create" button.
NOTE: If your patient is already registered, you need to select the registered person when viewing the appointment request. If you click the "Save Patient and Create Appointment" button at this point, it will re-register the patient in the system. To avoid this, the appropriate patient card should be selected from the suggested list. When you click on the name, only the "Create Appointment" button will appear below. When created this way, the patient will be added to the calendar without being re-added to the system.
If the selected date and time slot is not available, you can adjust the date, time, treatment duration, and the performing doctor as needed to create the appointment. If you do not wish to create an appointment, you can click the "Delete" button to remove the online appointment request.
